Engagement Formats

  • Virtual Webinars

    Description: Conducted online to allow wide participation without geographical constraints, and unable to travel to in person workshops. Featuring real-time interaction capabilities like Q&A and polls.

    Purpose: To reach a broad audience efficiently, share information, and gather feedback. For communities in BC who could not attend the in person and want to hear the presentation. Approx. 50 or more

  • Focus Groups

    Description: Structured discussions with 6-12 participants for less or more, facilitated to communities who want focused collaboration without others around.

    Purpose: To gather nuanced insights and detailed feedback on specific issues from targeted participants.

  • Key Informant Interviews

    Description: Individual interviews with key clients who are subject matter experts, leadership, members of Nations or individuals requesting. Do not want to speak in public.

    Purpose: To collect in-depth, expert-level input and understand individual perspectives.

  • In Person Workshops

    Description: Face-to-face sessions involving interactive activities and group discussions among community members and stakeholders.

    Purpose: To foster direct engagement and active participation, ideal for collaborative planning and hands-on feedback.
