Mina Holmes

Board Member

Mina Holmes is Dakelh, a member of Tl’azt’en Nation the Tache reserve at the mouth of the Stuart Lake in northern BC. She is Lhts’umusyoo (Beaver Clan).  She moved from Tache for post-secondary and continues to live in Vancouver, BC. Mina has a J.D of Laws from the University of British Columbia and a BA ADED from the University of the Fraser Valley. Mina’s board experience includes sitting on the Tanizlul Timber Ltd. Board of Directors and the Learning Buddies Network Board of Directors (Indigenous Director), both non-profits. She also supports her home community on various committees. Mina interests are in indigenous legal traditions, self-governance and economic development.
